Farm Business Enhancement Program

about the program

The Farm Business Enhancement Program is designed to help beginner and intermediate-level farmers develop a whole farm plan. During the nine-month farm-to-market integration program, participants receive training through workshops and one-on-one technical assistance. Using a four-step model, we can ensure farmers increase their income by gaining access to new markets within one year. Those with ten or less years of farming experience are welcome.

The program provides comprehensive training and development resources and opportunities to new and seasoned farmers to create more viable small agribusinesses. The goal of the program is to increase the number of new producers and to increase revenue and profit margins among existing agribusinesses making them more sustainable.
